SHIPPING
International shipping using DHL Express.
National shipping using Fan Courier (Romania).
The shipping cost is determined at checkout.
When the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and shipment details.
Average transit time is 2 days for Romania, 3 to 10 days for Europe and 7 to 14 days worldwide, depending on the destination.
CUSTOMS DUTY
Please note that all shipments outside the EU may be subject to custom duty which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Therefore, additional charges for customs are at the customers own expense.
RETURN
By completing the order, the customer agrees that all the data provided, necessary for the online purchase process are correct, complete and true at the date of placing the order.
Items purchased can be returned within 14 days since the order has been received.
To be eligible for a return, the product purchased must be in the same original condition as received, in the original packaging, without showing any signs of damage or wear. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In case the product has any deterioration QUASHAI has the exclusive and unilaterally right to decide refund accordingly.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Authorized returns must be shipped using the carrier suggested by us.
REFUND
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
NON-REFUNDABLE
All custom orders or items made based on the customer measurement are non-refundable unless the error was our mistake. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
